One World Immigration Law Consultants provides immigration consultancy services including visa guidance, document preparation assistance, eligibility assessments, and application support. We do not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions rest solely with the relevant government authorities.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Fees and Payments

• Consultation fees are clearly communicated before any service engagement.
• Payments are non-refundable once a consultation or service has been initiated, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Government filing fees, visa fees, and third-party charges are separate from our service fees.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Immigration decisions are made solely by the respective government authorities. One World Immigration does not guarantee any specific outcome, approval, or timeline. We provide professional guidance based on current immigration laws and regulations.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and documents
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not submit fraudulent or forged documents
• Comply with all applicable immigration laws and regulations
• Not misuse or attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the app and website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of One World Immigration Law Consultants and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One World Immigration shall not be liable for:

• Visa refusals or immigration rejections
• Delays caused by government authorities
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted in the app and on our website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
