HR & Admin Manager (Female)

Responsibilities: 

Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to hire high-quality talent.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Manage benefits programs, such as insurance plans, retirement plans, sick leave, leave of absence, and vacation.

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Planned, direct, and coordinated administrative functions of the organization.
  • Manage office space, supplies, and office maintenance.
  • Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Manage budgets, forecast staffing needs, and oversee procurement and resource allocation.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Knowledge of basic finance is an added advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Attention to details is a must.

Salary Range: Rs. 60,000 to 100,000
