Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to hire high-quality talent.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Manage benefits programs, such as insurance plans, retirement plans, sick leave, leave of absence, and vacation.
Administrative Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Planned, direct, and coordinated administrative functions of the organization.
- Manage office space, supplies, and office maintenance.
- Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Manage budgets, forecast staffing needs, and oversee procurement and resource allocation.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Knowledge of basic finance is an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Attention to details is a must.
Salary Range: Rs. 60,000 to 100,000
